Serve as a system training spe

list on consulting engagements with clients. Design, develop, and deliver te

ical classroom and virtual training programs. Strategize training curriculum. Apply expertise in developing or delivering training for a pharmaceutical and scientific workforce and apply strong client relationship and presentation skills in frequent interactions with clients. Facilitate te
chn
ical sessions with client staff and design and execute training evaluation methodologies according to best practices. Prepare well-written, data-driven reports and prepare briefings for senior-level audiences. Coordinate and collaborate with colleagues developing communications products and change management strategies for systems implementations.
Basic Qualifications:
3 years of experience professionally in providing training design and development for systems implementations
1 years of experience developing training strategy and curriculum
Experience with the full
life cycle
of training design and development
Experience in scientific settings or writing communications for major systems implementations
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public T
rus
t or Suitability
Fitness determination based on client requirements
Bachelor's degree in Training, Communications, Human Resources, Psychology, or Education
Additional Qualifications:
Ability to travel to White Oak, MD to deliver instructor-led trainings, once client goes back to physical offices
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
