Operations, Planning, Training and Exercise Specialist Key Role:
Perform client-site work to develop and maintain detailed contingency operations plans, exercise plans, and emergency action plans requiring extensive inter-organizational coordination. Assist in operational and leadership training design and management across a multi-functional organization. Perform complex watch standing duties to provide situational awareness, decision support, communications facilitation, and interagency coordination for emergency management situations.
Basic Qualifications:
6 years of experience as a leader of projects, tasks, or major sub-tasks including operations plan development, organizational exercise planning and training management, rapid response planning for crisis management and continuity of operations sustainment, emergency management, interagency planning or coordination, or lessons learned management
Experience with working in operations centers or fusion centers having a primary operational focus on planning and execution
Ability to perform full-spectrum watch-standing tasks in an operations center setting
