Associate Trainer Jobs description
An associate trainer is responsible for effectively delivering and facilitating classroom training in support of client programs. An associate trainer ensures superior workforce preparation specifically with front line representative level employees. Duties include completing daily training administrative work such as tracking of student data, timekeeping, and other administrative tasks. An associate trainer focuses on facilitation and delivery of program curriculum for new and existing agents, instructs new hire on continuing education program specific training, utilize effective presentation skills including creative training technique and adult/accelerated learning techniques. An associate trainer supports and participates in continuous improvement initiatives as applicable.An associate trainer must have a four-year college or university degree in a related field. Proficiency with various software application programs including Lotus Notes, MS Word and Excel is important. Prior experience in customer service or call center environment is preferred for such positions. Effective communication skills are also required as the job involves dealing with managers, peers, client representatives, subordinates, and other resource groups. An associate trainer must able to accept a flexible work schedule.
