Technical Trainer Jobs description
Technical trainer is associated with the projects that involve technical skills. Technical trainer arranges for and conducts technical training programs. Technical trainers along with the project managers decide upon the requirement of the training. It is the technical trainer who decides the goals of training and prepares the training courses. The technical trainer also assesses the performance of the trainees by way of written and practical examination. Technical trainers also evaluate the training program itself from time to time. The technical trainer is answerable to IT department and usually reports to a manager. Technical trainers also take classes where they give instructions regarding safety and maintenance.To be a technical trainer you need a bachelor’s degree in information systems or in a related discipline. Experience of a couple of years is very valuable if you want to be a technical trainer. You need to have good communication as well as management skills as a technical trainer.
