Senior Trainer Jobs description
A senior trainer identifies, develops, and delivers training as well as coordinates with external training providers to deliver specialized and effective training. A senior trainer leads and/or participates with stakeholder in identifying and evaluating appropriate training opportunities. Responsibilities include negotiation and preparing of contracts for external consultants and trainers, serving as consultant to client groups in effective delivery of departmental training and conducting of assessments, coordinating and leading in transition to e-learning training, leading and/or participating with client groups.A senior trainer should have a BS and/or BA degree and a minimum of 5 years experience in training. Strong communication and presentation skills are most essential.
