Sales Trainer Jobs description
A sales trainer is responsible for providing proper sales training that may relate to product, technology, service, etc., to sales representatives. A sales trainer prepares documents and looks after sales assistants, making actual sales.. A sales trainer may be required to liaise with various department staff on training issues. It is the responsibility of a sales trainer to provide timely solutions to sales related problems and also to maintain business standards. A sales trainer may also help determine system upgrades, fix problems, and test the systems.A sales trainer should have a bachelor\'s degree; preferably a master\'s degree in sales. Experience of at least 2 years in areas related to sales is an advantage. Excellent communications as well as organizational skills are essential.
