The Senior Manager, Training Delivery reports to the Director, Sales Support.  This person will be responsible for the successful development, facilitation, adoption & delivery of training tools to drive desired sales outcomes & behavioural results supporting our business priorities within our Retail banners.  This spans both the Bell & Virgin Residential and Small Business segments.  The role will ensure that our training curriculum focuses and delivers impact fully against leadership development, product knowledge and sales skills.  MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

*Lead a national team of Product Consultants responsible for the successful execution of all facilitated training on behalf of Bell Residential & Small Business Services *Managing the delivery of all training content and post implementation adoption tools including but not limited to webinars, in-store, training apps, face-to-face & more *Evaluation of all core training programs against objectives and sales results and developing recommendations to ensure programs evolve to meet the changing business needs *Research training and facilitation approaches and programs to identify and integrate best practices and new mediums for the application of training to ensure a best in class delivery experience. *Relationship building with all BRSB sales channels *Success as a leader, motivator and team builder
 
 POSITION MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

*A minimum of 5-6 years experience in a learning environment with a focus on training, organizational development and adult learning; this experience has been gained in a customer-focused company/industry, helping an organization through a significant period of change and in developing a high-performing, leadership-driven culture *5 years sales channel experience *3+years experience as a training facilitator *3+years experience designing training materials *3+years experience in a leadership role is preferred *University degree with post graduate training/accreditation/degree in human resources development, performance instruction, adult education or equivalent *Fluency in English and French *Willingness to travel

Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
