Job Summary

Responsible for defining approach to organizational skill development, establishing skill proficiency standards, utilizing internal and external learning partners to deliver curriculum with overall accountability for elevating Effectv’s advertising training programs. Provides leadership and direction for diverse and complex functions. Contributes to the development of the organization's business strategy. Interprets business strategy and develops organizational objectives to align with this strategy.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities


Coordinate across Effectv’s functions to develop the advertising training strategy, implement training curriculum, monitor participation and effectiveness while partnering effectively with internal (ULearn) and third-party learning agencies.

Develop, curate and deliver curriculum to address prioritized skills gaps while supporting adoption of new technology or processes

Implement proficiency standards by role and implement assessments to measure progress to the standards for both individual learners and organization-wide.

Monitor training effectiveness to further improve the advertising skills training program and future training initiatives.

Execute a learning change management plan with an ongoing cadence for updating and seeking feedback from stakeholders.

Responsible for curating advertising subject matter expertise (internally & externally) while applying industry trends and best practices in learning development.

Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

Pay Range: $185,521.93 - $278,282.90
