Work you'll do

Develop, operate, and maintain a cybersecurity awareness and training program, including role-based training and phishing campaigns

Conduct training sessions, briefings, and report metrics as required

Develop and deliver innovative, gamified awareness events and materials

Demonstrate experience in developing and organizing internal and/or external security communications, managing cybersecurity awareness campaigns, supporting enterprise-wide cybersecurity awareness and training initiatives

Provide experienced professional writing, able to research and prepare high quality, clearly-written awareness and training materials free of grammatical errors and spelling mistakes

Demonstrate experience with developing and delivering well-thought-out strategy and plans for security awareness and training activities

Qualifications

Required:

Bachelor's degree required

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role - Public Trust clearance required

Minimum of 5 years of professional work experience

Preferred:

3 years of experience in developing and organizing internal and/or external security communications, managing cybersecurity awareness campaigns, supporting enterprise-wide cybersecurity awareness and training initiatives

3 years of Information Security experience

Strong Workforce Development training experience highly preferred

Strong Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) experience

Civil government experience
