Assistant Trainer Jobs
An assistant trainer is responsible for developing and delivering training modules and workshops to new and current member service representatives. An assistant trainer assist in the selection and/or developing teaching aids such as training manual, training handbooks and materials, demonstration models, visual aides, and computer tutorials. An assistant trainer monitors and reviews calls and documentations to confirm accuracy for quality purposes, assist in conducting training sessions, helps in maintaining records of training materials administered in the call center, and also performs other duties as assigned. An assistant trainer also keeps the attendance details of individuals attending classes and tabulate monthly totals for statistic reporting.
An assistant trainer should have at least a high school diploma and should be proficient in all MS Office programs, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and and Access. Typing speed is also important for many positions. An assistant trainer should have good communication skills, while experience in a relevant field is always a plus.
